At Retro Gamers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-score style. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Level Up Your Refund

  After our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
